Decent place to live if you pay your rent on time and dont cause problems Management can be difficult if your not directly talking to Molly the main person in charge in the office710 times no one was in the office when office hours were going on I a Decent place to live if you pay your rent on time and dont cause problems Management can be difficult if your not directly talking to Molly the main person in charge in the office710 times no one was in the office when office hours were going on I also remember them changing the hours frequently in the small amount of time I lived there This is due to the fact they have one main girl in there doing the job of 5 people I recommend this place to small families but if you have over 3 kids youll be cramped like crazy They try to notify tenets of any inspections or anything going on with with the property like black topping the whole parking lot within 3 days but sometimes was late and gave 48 hour notice Which their notice means one piece of paper on the door of your whole until in the smallest lettering Other than the little stuff if I had to I would move back in an emergency Your experience here is entirely up to your own situation though and it works for some but may not for you more ... hide ...

Not great cant wait to move my daughter and grandkids out of there Its nice that housing is available like that but they just dont take care of the properties
