I would not recommend this place to anyone, as I lived there for four years. Management did nothing to fix the problem; when I was 8 months pregnant they only checked for holes in my apartment - their job - and hired a cheap exterminator who only came once a month and sprayed base boards in kitchen only. Work orders took forever, especially if it wasn't a leak or water issue; there was usually only one maintenance worker, if any at all, as everyone who worked there ended up quitting. My stove had been out for over a month without being repaired. The incinerator always had trash overflowing from it; water pressure would also be low or warm but never hot. Rent had to be paid on time or you'd receive five-day notices on your door or even get taken to court! The outside gate was always broken yet they'd enter your apartment without permission! The only good thing is that everything is walking distance from the neighborhood - transportation included since I work downtown - but ultimately I moved away from this place because it needs someone to take over who actually cares about tenants rather than the current property manager who does not! more ... hide ...
