We moved my mother in law into Elliott Manor in March of 2019 The building is immaculate and the staff was great Highly recommend this building for anyone who is qualified to live there

The people that live here are very welcoming and so nice We come to visit my husbands grandma But today my husband was loading his grandmas wheel chair into our car and a shorter lady Im assuming whoever is in charge rudely yelled at my husband and s The people that live here are very welcoming and so nice We come to visit my husbands grandma But today my husband was loading his grandmas wheel chair into our car and a shorter lady Im assuming whoever is in charge rudely yelled at my husband and said he was in the service area but there was nobody there It was dead quiet and he said he would move and she rudely yelled at him to move again but he was loading the wheel chair into the trunk and said he would move as soon as he was done I think kindness and professionalism are very important I believe she may need to be talked to or trained I seen the other reviews and it sounds like it may have been the same lady But I guess she could have been having a bad day more ... hide ...
