For example, I asked for paperwork which took two weeks to return. Upon moving in, the apartment was dirty and contained rat holes; there were no baseboards on the walls either. In addition, plumbing issues caused raw sewage to be present in pipes throughout my stay; broken cabinets and a lack of smoke detectors added to the list of problems. The kitchen's electricity didn't even work on one side! It was a terrible experience - I recommend seeing your actual apartment before signing any lease or finding somewhere else if possible as these people will make you feel uncomfortable no matter how polite you are. more ... hide ...
