It is infested with bed bugs, roaches, mice, ants, and black mold. Despite being inspected by the City of Aurora, these apartments remain open. This could be due to the fact that most of the occupants are minorities and may not be aware of their rights. These apartments have bubbles forming on the walls, which I discovered is black mold (all of which can be verified through photos and videos, if I was able to post them here). People living in these apartments are becoming sick as a result. I strongly recommend avoiding these apartments altogether and I hope civil lawsuits are brought against the complex and the City of Aurora, who I believe are complicit in allowing this uninhabitable dump to remain open.
Furthermore, the janitorial staff and maintenance workers have been stealing from the apartments and are not qualified for the positions they hold. The hallways and stairwells smell of urine and they take months to mop the floors. The janitors and maintenance workers consume alcohol on the job and have been known to sexually harass residents. You can complain for a full year and nothing will be done. Not to mention the thieving management. This is an awful place; I could go on all day.more ...hide ...

Management is nice but tenants dont have any sense of security. Sometimes the heat works and times it doesnt. Lived there for 2 years. It was decent for the price. Find somewhere else if you can before trying this place.

She was returning a phone call and there was nothing but attitude coming through the phone as I tried to explain the situation that had been causing some confusion between her office and mine. Did not seem like she cared too much to hear anything I had to say. Proceeded to say what she needed and then hung up on me. I have never experienced such a thing. I can only imagine how she speaks to her residents if she speaks to people who are trying to conduct business with her the way she spoke to me today. If you are thinking about this place, keep looking.more ...hide ...
