2018-06-29T01:44:45ZI do not recommend living here Too expensive and not many amenities Looking around at other apartments near this location and they offer pools fire pits etc for cheaper than the rent at Seqouya I had an extremely scary situation happen in my apartmen I do not recommend living here Too expensive and not many amenities Looking around at other apartments near this location and they offer pools fire pits etc for cheaper than the rent at Seqouya I had an extremely scary situation happen in my apartment with the window falling off its hidges and shattering all over the floor and my belongings Not only did Seqouya not reimburse me for my ruined belongings but they gave me 74 dollars back out of my 500 dollar security deposit I did have an rerental fee but I found the new individual to take over my lease in full and they still charged me 350 Do your research and live somewhere else because they are cheaper and offer more amenities Other landlords are also kinder more ...
