I currently live at the shared property of Commonwealth, Everett Apt 5465 S Everett.During my 5 yr stay besides the numerous maintenance issues in apt, I was very disturbed by the staff not losing one but two sets of keyI currently live at the shared property of Commonwealth, Everett Apt 5465 S Everett.During my 5 yr stay besides the numerous maintenance issues in apt, I was very disturbed by the staff not losing one but two sets of keys and a stranger was caught going into my mail box , there was no attempt or effort to change the locks for my safety or safety to the building. Also talking to past and present employees. That they are told not to fix things in my apt except for leaks that could cause water damage, certain confidentiality lines are crossed when she would convey that I called my housing case manager about unattended issues,( they call too much)!I love the area but especially with the multiple maintenance man changes the building is now really unkept. the laundry facilities are horrible.wish me luck finding more appropriate hosing in Hyde pk..
