I have lived here at Dalehaven Estates for 21 years Just wanted to hop on here and give my review The maintenance crew are very poliet and nice Troy is terrific and does a fantastic job The ladies in the office are so very nice The apartment is perfe I have lived here at Dalehaven Estates for 21 years Just wanted to hop on here and give my review The maintenance crew are very poliet and nice Troy is terrific and does a fantastic job The ladies in the office are so very nice The apartment is perfect I love that they have a police officer that walks the apartment complex a few times a week The only issue I have ever had and still have are the parents allowing their children to play and ride bikes in the parking lots around everyones vehicles Ive had a few instances where these children were actually setting leaning and crawling on top of my car and my neighbors car Ive had them riding their bikes in the parking lot and leaning them andor running them into the car Playing ball and football in the parking lot hitting ppls vehicles They are not going by the rules These things really need to be addressed and dealt with because ppl here at these apartments work to hard to get the little things and want them taking care of no matter what their vehicles look like we sure dont want them to get damaged more ... hide ...
