At Fowler Apts, I moved in in 2018 and was told a prior smoker's damaged kitchen countertop wouldn't be repaired. It was very dusty, with black filaments that were never identified. There were no garbage incinerators on the floors and parking costed $40/month. Every other morning one of my car tires would be down because someone had let the air out--it wasn't a hunch! My door had been pried open numerous times and once the center locking part fell out onto the floor when I went to secure it. Despite all this, they expected me to pay an additional $100+ on top of my security rent after I left; bogus! A maintenance person even said before I left, "Nobody here likes you." Not a place for seniors who seek peace of mind and security. more ... hide ...

I have been here 14 months now and have found the apartments wonderful I love my one bedroom apartment and the staff is great They are very respective and work very hard to keep the residents and apartments up to date I am very happy here
