Lived here for a few years now Ownership and management changed about a year ago Previous ownershipmanagement was awful Nothing was ever fixed Management was impossible to get to do anything Things have gotten better under new management theyre slowl Lived here for a few years now Ownership and management changed about a year ago Previous ownershipmanagement was awful Nothing was ever fixed Management was impossible to get to do anything Things have gotten better under new management theyre slowly fixing things over time in the building as whole and are pretty quick to respond and replace things with new replacements in individual apartments Theres also a maintenance employee who lives on site so thats nice They were handed a mess by previous management didnt even get a copy of my lease from the previous owners It will take time to get this place to a five star review but thats more because everything in the apartment building is oldnnMuch more friendly management Apartment is also pet friendly Management almost always stops to pet the dog when we go for walks more ... hide ...
