I love Hilltop tires you cant argue with rent price thats for sure I came from Florida and was paying seven times what Im paying here and theyre very nice apartments and management and maintenance are very good and on top of everything come on out

Very run down dirty a place for handicapped and senior citizens but you have to be very worried about falling no rugs in entry when wet from rain or snow you are scared to fall Very violent area no real security mgt a joke
