I resided in this location for almost 3 years. Until we had all of our belongings and were ready to relocate, we weren't allowed to tour the apartment. Shockingly, when we went in, we observed it wasn't the same as the photos we were shown - holes and splits merely painted over, stains on the carpet, aged and economical doors, and the floor tiles were not maintained. In fact, we had a footprint of someone's work boot in the entrance tiles, likely from stepping into some kind of glue that I tried to clean for hours but it wouldn't budge. The personnel lied and declared we did a walkthrough and everything looked okay. Over the 2 years, I had to phone maintenance multiple times to repair the same issues - frozen AC, my sink leaked and flooded my kitchen recurrently and each time they fixed it yet within a week it would start to leak again. When we did the move out walkthrough, maintenance identified nothing wrong with the home aside from the carpet stains that were there since the day we moved in. We were apprised we would be charged nearly $600 for it. Unless you are desperate, I suggest you look for a better option. Almost $1000 a month for a partially finished apartment that will cause you more trouble and headache than anything. I gave 2 stars just because there was one personnel member and one staff member who were really benevolent, admirable people and really down to earth. more ... hide ...
