I have never lived in one of the buildings however these apartments and grounds are immaculate Management is superb Hopefully Small Farms will be investing more of these beautiful complex in our community

I was employed here as a temporary worker through AAA Apartment Staffing. After only a few weeks, Steve (the current supervisor) wrongfully accused me of stealing 4 times alread This place does not deserve a single star! I was employed here as a temporary worker through AAA Apartment Staffing. After only a few weeks, Steve (the current supervisor) wrongfully accused me of stealing 4 times already. He is an awful supervisor, always bringing down the team with his arrogance and power plays. The people here are also very cold and unfriendly, notably Ms. Lee who acts as if she is the President of the United States and that she holds more importance than anyone else around her. All NSA/PK buildings are plagued with bed bugs, rats, cockroaches, etc., which makes it difficult to work in an environment like this one. Furthermore, no one works together; each person works alone to slow production down even further! The tenants' treatment is inhumane and should not be tolerated...these properties have high crime areas without proper lighting for safety measures either inside or outside of the building making it incredibly unsafe for these individuals living there. As this place is part of low-income housing/HUD they should be taking every action necessary to make sure that these buildings and their inhabitants are taken care of properly; however they do not which makes me feel sorry for anyone having to live here since no one deserves such mistreatment especially when all they want is a paycheck! more ... hide ...
