It turned out that Alicia, the "front desk girl," was not doing her job correctly, and this caused me to lose my deposit, as well as having to clean my apartment before I moved in, despite the mistake not being mine. After settling in, I've been having issues every week; one week, I was charged for not having house insurance, despite the fact that I was supposed to have it before I moved in. When I called the office, the same person said it wasn't their fault, that the system had sent me an email saying I had the insurance. Furthermore, although I have two parking spots, if I don't move my car for a week, they attempt to tow it, even though the tags are up-to-date and the car doesn't have any visible damage. The place looks decent but they scheduled a walk through when they knew they have nothing available or coming available Thank you for wasting time

Really bad maintenance problem here seen first hand multiple times and problems in apartments here and have been reported to hud a couple times they say wait Intill find new place so frustrating
