Franklin Township has a small claims judge who has heard cases similar to this in his courtroom, and I'm sure he has brought it up in meetings to have it addressed. This isn't the only organization doing this, many apartment complexes do the same. This is unacceptable; victims of fraud can't even get housing. This problem is getting out of control. Consider other reasons why someone may not be able to get housing, apart from the ones I am discussing.
