I would not give them even a single star. A friend of mine and her husband were in the hospital while she was delivering her baby, when maintenance suddenly entered for an unplanned inspection. Due to the canine vomiting everywhere, they issued an eviction notice, claiming that the apartment was in a bad condition and if they wanted to stay, they had to pay $2,500 within two weeks. As they couldn't assemble the amount so quickly, they decided to move out. In the first trip, they could only take half of their belongings. Before they returned, the maintenance team had already been to their flat and locked the entrance. The office informed them that they were not able to send someone to retrieve the rest of their stuff and if they couldn't be there before the end of business hours, they could not access their possessions since they had already been out of the place. One of the office staff, an old woman, was very impolite and arrogant. She was quite disrespectful. I would not recommend this place in any way, it is full of liars and thieves who cannot keep their promises and can't be trusted.more ...hide ...
