Honestly this place was nice in the first two months here but then it went down hill Firstly management is terrible with the beginning of covid they closed easy entrance to the office which is fine but you are not allowed to call and have to email orHonestly this place was nice in the first two months here but then it went down hill Firstly management is terrible with the beginning of covid they closed easy entrance to the office which is fine but you are not allowed to call and have to email or go theough the website contact If its not about trying to pay rent dont be shocked if you need to email multiple times to finally receive a response ALSO With the beginning of covid you cant make payments through check or money order anymore and are forced to pay online in which they charge you a convience fee of 2 and I split rent at 367 and pay 10 dollar convience fee to pay my rent Secondly the community is terrible there are fights almost every night in the complex Mostly verbal but I have heard car windows breaking a few times and seen a few punches thrown Ive had to call the cops before because there is no onsite security that you can just call the company they use is unreliable and from what I can tell the security officer delegated to us is also assigned to several complexes in the area and drives around if that is true because Ive only ever seen security when locking or unlocking the side entrance gate Thirdly the apartments honestly arent even worth the 700 me and my roommate pay for a two bedroom Water pressure is terrible and maintenence literally said it would fix itself because the pipes hadnt been used for a couple months which wasnt true I have to flush the toilet 2 or 3 times I dont feel clean after a showerAlso when it was getting to freezing at night when we first moved in and the heat wasnt working their solution was this tiny space heater fan that the maintenance guy gave us Then the lead maintenance man instead of coming in and checking himself called my roommate and had her check the breaker box and it turned out it was just a switch wasnt flipped which the first man didnt bother to check Another thing There is only one vent in the very large master bedroom so the room is always closer to the outside temperature than what they thermostat is set to Would absolutely not suggest these apartments you could easily get a two bedroom house with a better layout and possibly even more space than this place and I have regretted signing this lease since February and Im not out of it until the end of NovembernTo the management team no do not reach out to me I will not discuss these issues as I have tried several times Im no longer interested in attempting to have this fixed and will no longer be renting from any location managed by this companymore ...hide ...
