This place has really gone downhill nThe amount of bugs seen crawling the outer walls at night is rather hideous Wish we had something better to offer as low income housing

Hard to get a hold of any staff wanted to rent here but even at 1 oclock in the afternoon there was no one to answer phones directly to get any information at all Its no way to run an office or a business Customer Service needs a complete overhaul

Quill Ridge is a nice and peaceful place to be Its quiet after 10 PMnNeedless to say the new manager and her husband are both moving mountains in these complexes My aparyment has all be and new appliances paint carpet and Windowsnnstairwaysnext
