I really enjoyed living here for the two years until the new manager deceived me and falsely claimed I owed rent when, in reality, it was an error from the utility company at the beginning of my stay. They kept insisting I owe them $152 for the light I really enjoyed living here for the two years until the new manager deceived me and falsely claimed I owed rent when, in reality, it was an error from the utility company at the beginning of my stay. They kept insisting I owe them $152 for the light bill and took me to court to evict me. They argued that I had agreed to pay $110 plus late fees, but I had not properly read the paperwork and sent my response to the wrong address. The judge ruled in the manager's favor. When I called to try to resolve the issue, offering to pay the rent or any other solution, she still refused and evicted me and my four children. I'm not even from Kansas, I'm from Michigan and told her I'd have nowhere to go, but she still wouldn't show any mercy. Despite being lied to for her own benefit, I'm still taking legal action against the court. It's just a shame; I truly loved my apartment. I'm a very private person and paid no attention to anything going on outside. But because of this awful experience with the manager, I must give it one star. more ... hide ...
