I'm very fortunate to have been a resident at Briarwood for the past four months. The staff are incredibly accommodating, always willing to help with any queries and proactively ensuring that our needs are met. For instance, when the water was due to be shut off, they provided us with bottled water and even offered to take us to the movies and give us dinner if the power wasn't restored. Furthermore, they always keep us informed by posting notes on our door. Today, when my toilet wouldn't stop running, I put in a work order and, remarkably, someone was at my door within minutes to fix it. My apartment is spacious, with plenty of storage and a lovely balcony with a nice view. The other tenants are friendly yet not overly so. I have lived in other apartment complexes earlier, but this one is much better. There are a number of other amenities like a bus that takes people to different places, and there's even a city bus stop right outside. Parking is free for residents and their guests. Interestingly, my ex-husband lives down the hall from me. Every now and then he remarks on how great it is to live here compared to our previous residence. It's a comfortable place that feels like home and I couldn't be happier. more ... hide ...
