The manager was a bully and a liar. When my rent was three days late, she refused it and said I had 30 days to find another place. Since I had recently lost my primary job, I had to work extra hard to get the rent together, but they still refused it.The manager was a bully and a liar. They even tried to file an eviction even though they KNEW I had already moved out. When I went to court, the lawyer was taken aback since they had lied to him or not told him I had left. The eviction charge was dismissed, but there is a 1400 charge on my record that is not valid. When I tried to pay them, they declined. After I was told to leave, I moved out with my three children and had to put us up in a hotel. It's difficult to get approved for another rental property since they have tainted my record. I would advise everyone to stay away from this property; there was also a rodent infestation that I reported to the inspector. Property management companies need to be more strictly regulated by the government since they can make up anything and put it on your record.more ...hide ...
