Visiting hours are very restrictive; if someone else doesn't get visits, yours won't be allowed either. There's an 11 o'clock curfew and grilling isn't allowed anymore despite residents having spent their own money on it before the renovation occurred. On Labor Day weekend a few residents were told that bringing any grilled food into the building was grounds for immediate eviction without a 30-day notice allegedly from the owner--take that with a grain of salt though as I wasn't there. There's even someone who walks around with pen and paper to report people on rule-breaking! Some people seem exempt from this treatment though; I'm not sure if they need to reach a certain quota before they're granted immunity or something like that. If you keep your head down this place is not for you--ask any resident since Nicole left and they'll tell you it's worse than prison (and most can't move due to being on fixed income). I intend to report both the building and Barb as unprofessional and childish--enter at your own risk! more ... hide ...

Its a very nice place to sit out back you can see the Ohio River and boats also saw the BB riverboat
