I lived there for a few months paying full rent not on the government assistance program or HUD I was paying 550 for a 2 bedroom For starters I was told the apartment just was completely remodeled and that was a lie before I could move my stuff in I I lived there for a few months paying full rent not on the government assistance program or HUD I was paying 550 for a 2 bedroom For starters I was told the apartment just was completely remodeled and that was a lie before I could move my stuff in I had to clean up trash and clothes left in there there was mold in my bathroom a rodent living in my kitchen wall no ac only 2 small window units that didnt keep it cool in the middle of summer and not to mention a flood in my pantry from the ceiling that ruined all the food I had in there and another leak where the nonworking central unit thing was no smoke detectors the property manager did nothing but lie I ultimately had to call the building inspector out to have anything fixed or done Now they have new owners and new property managers and they changed the name are have been fixing up the place so hopefully it will be better for the ppl that still stay there more ... hide ...

My son lived there for a few months The roaches were unbelievable More roaches than tenants Governor housing with lots of immigrants so no one cares about the roaches Too bad cause the apartments are big and really cute when fixed up

It has rodents there and air conditioning systems do not work it keep on going up then downªªª
