My sister lives here and it is kept clean and neat Staff is friendly and professional The residents look out for one another The apartments are small but well maintained
The Jackson House Apartment building has recently been remodeled from the apartmemts themselves to the hallways and elevators There is a new recreation room on the first floor with pool tables big screen tv and other games Very nice

I have had no issues with this rental office. Donna Bennett has been amazing at helping all tenants the best that she can. Maintenance is also very responsive.

Right now if I could give less stars I would. My mother lives here and was told that the heat would not be turned on during the day if there were any windows open in the building. But the druggies on the 5th floor alwaysRight now if I could give less stars I would. But the druggies on the 5th floor always have their windows open to \"air out\" their apartments. Not that it works. So all others have to freeze until 4pm when maintenance goes home. Then when they come back on duty it gets turned off according to if windows are open. There are old people in this building and that is bull that they are considered less than the druggies or the all mighty dollar.more ...hide ...
