The previous manager and resident at that moment had been completely evident in embezzling money that was given in cash and the new regional manager Ms Ann Miller refused the evidence given and duplicated by herself. She has also been attempting to collect the money asserted to be owed. The credit bureau has been informed. Because of this, I have been without a home for over a year. There have been no records of this made to the police department, no exploration of the property was conducted, and no assistance was provided by the Attorney General's offices, referring back to the police. Many inhabitants have been in contact with multiple other agencies and no one else has responded to what is still happening after nearly two years. The present tenants are scared of the possibility of eviction if complaints are made. The property is a nightmare, being managed by the City council member of Versailles KY, Ann Miller. Not to mention the misuse of power and disabled, handicapped, and elderly people who are and have been inhabitants of Malabu Manor Apartment and Franklin Management Company LLC. Louisville, KY.
