I was a resident of the Maple Grove apartments from November 2019 to November 2021 I had not rented an apartment for twenty years and was very anxious about the experience I would soon have I can say I had the best experience anyone could have with I was a resident of the Maple Grove apartments from November 2019 to November 2021 I had not rented an apartment for twenty years and was very anxious about the experience I would soon have I can say I had the best experience anyone could have with moving into an apartment The apartment was newly renovated and very fresh and clean I had two maintenance issues which were handled the very next day In fact one weekend I had a maintenance issue and the staff called me that day to see if I wanted someone to come then The management is superb They really care about the impression and reputation of their properties All of their properties are freshly painted with coordinated colors Their grounds are always pristine You can recognize one of their properties versus other properties Very well kept Also I did not deal with a lot of unruliness in the apartment area The screening must be good The apartment areas are very well lightednnIf you are wanting a recommendation for an apartment community I would highly recommend these folks Very professional more ... hide ...
