2023-03-15T05:00:02ZI moved out of Riverbend Apartments on March 15th, though I wasn't supposed to leave until April 15th. After I had moved out and called Jessica, the manager, that Tuesday to tell her I had taken my belongings and disposed of the trash, I went to the apartment that afternoon to turn in my keys and clean the apartment up so that I could receive my full deposit back. To my surprise, Jessica had already hired someone to clean the apartment. As I had already cleaned the fridge, freezer, bathtub and toilet, stove top and oven, kitchen countertops, and swept and mopped the floors, I had to go back and vacuum the carpets again since they had become dirty during the move out. I feel that I have done enough to get my full deposit back, however, it seems that Riverbend Apartments does not take care of any repairs when they come to inspect. more ...
