Despite being an equal opportunity housing, she moved in people who had just applied for a unit, even when there was a waiting list of applicants that had been there for years. She refused to replace the moldy carpets in my apartment, and I found needles left behind by maintenance and the manager not cleaning it. My boyfriend, who was not living with me, would sometimes come to visit and when his roommate had visitors, he would come to my apartment. There were many residents living there who were not on the lease, which the manager was aware of and even admitted to me. She then accused me of needing to put my boyfriend on the lease right after I moved in with my newborn, even though he wasn't living there. This created a commotion and she threatened to evict me if I didn't sign the papers. I had no other place to go and she was aware of that.
