She is very ill, having a heart condition, asthma, and being elderly, yet she is unable to be moved unlike others for no reason. This is a case of senior abuse. I am speaking out for my mom and I am scared for her safety, which is why I moved out with my daughter. It is now August 2022 and my mother is still going through the same thing. They told her her cabinets will be changed, however, it has been three months and all of her things are still on the table. I do not know who to contact as all my emails to Nate have gone unanswered. They try to fulfill individual needs as much as possible.. And when they cant, they are willing to go the extra mile to find an agency in a timely and consideratemanner.Then they follow up by a personal phonecall or a one on one invite to confirm if the accommodation has been met. Tenants show theirappreciation by picking up loose scraps of paper in corridors. elevator and the laundry room.. ChristmasThangsgiveng and personal cards for birthdays various other occasions are left with envelopes hoping that they will be put to good use.i cant remember the last time I went to use a dryer in the laundry and their was a pile of lent left by the previous patron. When the coin machine in the laundry room has been emptied of quarters, I have seen a note with a bunch of quarters on topwith a note of empathy stating, I know the feeling of having a pile of dirty laundry all ready forwashing and you are trying to keep on schedule with your long list of Todays chores I hopethese extra quarters can be of help to you. I kept telling myself,I should get a grill from savers , butIt kept slipping my mind.
