In a way the pharmacist who looked to be about 18 years old made it easy for me I had a consultation question He had a long line no techs were at the register I offered to let him finish the transaction he was conducting He responded I have a long li In a way the pharmacist who looked to be about 18 years old made it easy for me I had a consultation question He had a long line no techs were at the register I offered to let him finish the transaction he was conducting He responded I have a long line and youre free to wait while I help them it really doesnt matter to me with that familiar indignance pharmacists get when theyre always rushed and are completely over it So Ill throw a curveball into the mix Ive been a pharmacy technician for 20 years since this guy was in diapers so despite the rudeness I know exactly the situation I witnessed I recognized that deer in the headlights look in his eyes Ive seen countless times in pharmacy staff That look of a Im guessing recent grad that says what the hell career path did I choose why did I think the money is worth it and what the hell company did I sign on with I worked for CVS many years ago These places are so poorly run all the way from the district and regional level so I cant 100 blame the patient facing staff Still a deserved onestar rating though sorry more ... hide ...
