I love that these apartments are spacious with lots of closets and its relatively quiet, plus they have big windows to let in the sunlight.The reason for only 4 stars is because of how outdated they units are. The apartments have newer windows and our unit had brand new flooring throughout, but it was still lacking. All the doors are missmatched and there is metal trim around the doors instead of wood. The kitchen, bathroom and heater units are way outdated, including the sinks and faucets. The front door could also be replaced and so could the number on the door.It should be noted that there used to be a garbage disposal (still a switch for one) and no dishwasher. There are several light switches throughout that dont work at all. There is also no AC and while its not super hot in Wyoming, it does get fairly uncomfortable in the apartment. The outside of the building could use a fresh coat of paint and all the number signs could be replaced. The playground could also use an update.Overall the staff is great and this really isnt a bad place to live.Update July 1st 2019: Do not move here! You will not get your deposit back at all. We were clean tennants and were always praised at inspections for being one of the cleanest residents in the community. Upon moving out we cleaned and left one item behind, a heavy dresser that we just could not get down the stairs. Its been a month since we moved out and we were just informed today that we will not be getting any of our refund back because they had to clean the carpets (which were brand new and cleaned before we left and they had to carry down the heavy dresser). Excuse me? $200+ to clean carpets and to carry down one dresser? We arent like other ghetto residents here who left their apartments full of furniture and trash and we had to clean our apartment prior to move in. Why on Earth would you take the whole security deposit for one dresser? That makes no sense to me and just shows how greedy Bosley Management is. Do not rent from here! They do not care for their patients, the Dr from u of u said he had an illness, that felt like his cheek resting on an electric fence for 10 minutes at a time. Most excruciating pain known to mankind and they could not make a simple phone call and change his mental health med immediately like they were told. Heartbreaking. He lost 7 pounds and has suffered immesureably at pioneers hands. Horrid administration and nurse practitioner that would allow a child needless suffering like this.
