When I was doing my fall cleaning, I noticed an alarming amount of mold. I have a sensitivity to mold, hence the pain I have suffered from all summer. So, I am at a loss as to how I can get rid of this mold problem. Management does their best to maintain the premises, but the water pipes are always in need of repair. It would be more cost-efficient to replace the whole system, but the dumpsters are collected and emptied more than twice a week, which is great. The exterior is kept in good condition, but the interior is a different story. The staff is friendly, but I don't know how to approach them about the mold when there are other things that need to be done, such as replacing the carpets, AC, and refrigerator. Plus, there is no storage space, so I have to either dispose of things or buy an external unit, which would be more of a hassle. There is no pool, so at least the internal should be redone and the carpets eradicated to stop my flare-ups. I have been extremely ill all summer and it is due to the AC and carpets. Lately some these have been \"friendly\" reminders on how you should conduct yourself on the property and they reserve the right to terminate your lease. In the winter you will experience this multiple times a day. Any maintenance issues could take months or may never be resolved. The property management company and maintenance crew forgets that the units are peoples homes and that tenants deserve respect.Other tenants are rude, disrespectful, and loud. This is not a peaceful community to live in. You will constantly be annoyed and harassed by property management and tenants.more ...hide ...
