This is a secure and agreeable place to live in; I have nothing to complain about. I can't give it four or five stars due to its interior, which is still in its 1975 state. When I was doing my fall cleaning, I noticed an alarming amount of mold. I have a sensitivity to mold, hence the pain I have suffered from all summer. So, I am at a loss as to how I can get rid of this mold problem. Management does their best to maintain the premises, but the water pipes are always in need of repair. It would be more cost-efficient to replace the whole system, but the dumpsters are collected and emptied more than twice a week, which is great. The exterior is kept in good condition, but the interior is a different story. The staff is friendly, but I don't know how to approach them about the mold when there are other things that need to be done, such as replacing the carpets, AC, and refrigerator. Plus, there is no storage space, so I have to either dispose of things or buy an external unit, which would be more of a hassle. There is no pool, so at least the internal should be redone and the carpets eradicated to stop my flare-ups. I have been extremely ill all summer and it is due to the AC and carpets. I can tell this is not a five-star establishment; I more ... hide ...
