We were initially told that everything would be newly refurbished, but after only 15 days the heater/AC unit ceased to work. A strange chemical smell was emanating from it and it became a safety hazard. I contacted Maintenance who said they'd take some time to repair it because of the pandemic; I accepted this graciously. However, here we are on Thursday July 2nd 2020 and nothing has been done! Whenever I asked for an update from either Maintenance or someone in the office, they were impolite and unhelpful - one even hung up on me when I challenged her about not fixing nails sticking out of my carpet upstairs! She insisted nobody had ever entered the house but clearly somebody had been there as I'm not blind! If she's keeping tabs on me somehow then let me tell you she isn't very good at this job as customer service skills aren't her strong point! more ... hide ...

I have been living in a house on Crestview for six years, and it is great- I have a backyard that is relatively private, and the front of my house has plenty of room for my children to play away from cars. The only downside is that the management team, which is run by Simon Companies, is incredibly rude. They rarely show up to the leasing office during scheduled hours and they charge you fees for standard repairs, such as bathroom mold. Additionally, when maintenance workers do arrive they often leave your house messier than before they arrived. If you can find a nice unit in a good location then I recommend it; however, be aware that customer service from Simon Companies isn't their priority - their main concern is making money. As an example of this attitude: in November John (the property manager) attempted to evict me and my son shortly before Christmas because he didn't like me paying rent within 6 days (which had never been an issue in the 6 years I've lived there). He even refused to deposit the check when I finally paid rent after two weeks! more ... hide ...

I really liked living here but my neighbors all around me were so loud I couldnt hear anything in my apartment upstairs or downstairs they were always right outside my apartmentnIt was really annoying I had to go elsewhere
