Some of the staff were amazing others dressed like they came from the street the care was very much like that too

My mother arrived to the Nevins in July 2019 For the first time we saw the facility we were impressed with the professionalism cleanliness and room setup At the initial meeting the administrative staff guided us with the process of admissions and m My mother arrived to the Nevins in July 2019 For the first time we saw the facility we were impressed with the professionalism cleanliness and room setup At the initial meeting the administrative staff guided us with the process of admissions and mother was admitted in a timely manner The transition was as smooth as it could be Mother had to adjust to her new surroundings and it took a little time The nurses and aides on Section A where mother was were kind and patient up until her eventual passing Hospice care was set up there and mother was glad to be back to familiar surroundings when she returned from a 2 week hospital visit Thank you for always giving mother her dignity more ... hide ...
