Since the day I moved in, my apartment has had issues, including mice in the first six months and a non-functioning mailbox key to this day. Additionally, they charge an outrageous $50 just to open the door if you forget your key, even though they have a master key. I am entitled to two parking spaces, but when I asked to add my boyfriend, they said I had to pay a $250 fee for him to have a parking sticker, plus the $20 for the sticker itself. When you try to report this to management, they neglect to tell you that the security cameras outside the buildings are unusable, making it easy for an intruder to steal your packages or groceries. The apartments are so close to one another that you can hear the whole conversation your neighbor is having in the next apartment. The only positive of this place is its proximity to Boston and other universities. Quality-wise, it is terrible. The buildings were constructed in the 70s or 80s, so everything is old-fashioned. They try to entice people with the offered amenities, but it isn't worth it. My rent for a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in 2021 was $2340; now they are pricing the same unit at over $3000 and calling it a "luxury" complex because of the amenities. Don't throw away your money or time on this complex or its management team. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that mice are all over the place, no matter how new or modern your building may appear.
