The lady in the office was extremely rude and liked hearing herself talk; when someone attempted to interject she said "let me finish" with a condescending tone. She even sent my mom a discriminatory letter, which prompted her to file a complaint with the housing authority (which they supported). Additionally, she was not wearing a mask when we arrived and refused to put one on. After I tried explaining that what she was saying wasn't true (July 14 - September 1 is not one month), she got angry. Imagine someone with no empathy working with people, and you still don't come close to this woman! Maintenance never shows up--my mother had been dealing with them for thirteen years and I made every call--and only responded after my friend threatened to call the board of health about cockroaches in her house. My mother had also dealt with mice but took care of it herself since they were useless! Avoid this place if you can, unless you have no other choice.more ...hide ...
