Maintenance is always available, even on weekends when necessary; the staff is always pleasant and accommodating. Recently, I noticed the office area was festively decorated for the holidays, something I hadn't seen before. In light of the reviews I have read, I thought it important to emphasize that although there are good and bad areas in every neighbourhood, I am content with my living arrangements at Tammy Brook. more ... hide ...

most of the time this is an OK place I live a street away from it but sometimes there are drugs there and crimes someone stabbed someone their once but its close to 2 of the major public schools and has a park
