I wouldnt suggest this place to anyone Ive lived here for a year now and this place is infested with roaches Pest control is supposed to be included in the rent but you have to bug the hell out of them to get them to get pest control to come by your I wouldnt suggest this place to anyone Ive lived here for a year now and this place is infested with roaches Pest control is supposed to be included in the rent but you have to bug the hell out of them to get them to get pest control to come by your apartment That is if theyre in the office if you ever need anything because theyre never there Their night watchman does not do his job by keeping loud people out of the parking lot after hours Im currently being evicted because the managers didnt want me to have my service dog When I got her they tried to screw me out of a 500 pet deposit If they dont like you or you dont bow down to them theyll just evict you with no warning I got court papers taped to my door February 23rd with an eviction notice that was dated January 15th so I had to go to court and file papers for a court date just to give my family time to find a new place to live After we signed the court papers that we do not agree with the eviction my girlfriend came up to my job a couple of days after because she came home and the managers and other people were staring her down and started walking toward the truck when she parked to get out with my son to go inside One of the places I applied for called about my renters history and they said we cant tell you why were evicting them and we would never rent to them again They are shady and shouldnt be in charge of anything especially whether someone gets evicted or not Whoever left those 2 good reviews must have been paid or given a discount on their rent because this is the worst place Ive ever livednUpdate Amanda and Norma are nut jobs I went by to check my mail the day after my final day there usual for anybody who moves out and Norma runs up to me screaming for her key with her hand in her pocket then turns around and tells Amanda to call the cops Really For checking my mail I hope anybody who ever even thinks about moving into this place reads my review and changes their mind Oh and there were 2 apartment fires within the year I was there probably from outdated electrical more ... hide ...

Amanda and Nora are slumlords Do not move here They dont fix things have a junkie as a maintenance man and are rude and disrespectful They treat the good tenants like trash Stay far away from here if possible
