I have been living here for three years now, but during that time I have experienced frequent water issues. My apartment is in need of repair; from the carpet, to the cabinets, to the dishwasher which I have not been able to use in over a year. All of my possessions have been damaged and I have not been reimbursed. I am currently in the process of getting my family into a better living situation, but I do not have the resources to do so at the moment. I strongly advise against living here as I have lost a lot of money and belongings due to the water issues. If you are considering living here, do your research and avoid this place. I just want to say that Mike the maintenance manager went above and beyond to make sure that all of mynIssues were resolved He listened to my concerns and was able to give me a time that everything would be done
