2022-05-21T13:59:39ZThere application process takes a long time so if you need to move right away this isnt the place to look I have a friend who just got approved and she submitted her application in august I have luckily been able to be in contact with someone but I h There application process takes a long time so if you need to move right away this isnt the place to look I have a friend who just got approved and she submitted her application in august I have luckily been able to be in contact with someone but I have to call them and bug them every couple days to check up Its a beautiful building and the rooms are well designed There is a lot of parking and is very secure So for interior and design I give it a 4 but 1 star for management They could use more peoplennUpdate Ive been living here for about 3 months the management team did change and is way better than before The still concern I have is that the second floor windows are beautiful but they dont open Not only is this a fire hazard but if I burn any food I have to open my door to the hallway allowing any residents to look directly into my apartment If you have any smells they linger like the smoke because you have zero ventilation Its to the point I want to move out and move into someplace where I can at least open the windows more ...
