(yes there is only ONE elevator) keep that in mind with 6 stories. Also only 2 onsight washer dryers ...no my aunt has lived here 5 years. in that time the elevator has broken a couple time one time was out for 2 weeks. Maintenance is super nice and helpful. cant say the same for the office administration.
