I no longer feel content living here. The staff are impolite, never respond to calls, and make you go to the office too often since they have misplaced something (paperwork, rent money, etc). My husband and I have been sharing a single bedroom with our daughter for two years, but we haven't been shifted to a two bedroom yet. I cannot wait for our lease to finish in a few months so we can move away from here. Maintenance will tell you that they will mend something, but they never do. They leave behind a mess when they go away, and they are not thorough. They seem like nice people, only that it takes them forever to fix matters. Unless you contact the emergency line. There is never enough parking due to all the disabled spots! And people who do not live in this area also occupy parking spots. My neighbours (both of them) smoke and the smoke seeps through the vents; the smell of marijuana and cigarettes is terrible and very powerful and has caused difficulties for me and my family. I have reported this many times, but they don't care. Also, the water is quite dirty and they keep switching off the water supply. Additionally, there is hardly any cabinet space, and a range of other issues. I could say more about management, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I gave three stars only because the good thing about this place is, they maintain it clean outside and there are no significant bug more ... hide ...

If i could give a zero star I would I had nothing but a good experience living here since 2020 the women in the leasing are nice but the management seem too have a attitude and snobby for no reason and just want to kick people out I am sure there was If i could give a zero star I would I had nothing but a good experience living here since 2020 the women in the leasing are nice but the management seem too have a attitude and snobby for no reason and just want to kick people out I am sure there was a way to make things right but the management just made it seem like they Couldnt over turn a situation they just need better management its just the disorganization thats in the leasing office and with the renovations and all they want to be getting people evicted for every little thing first it was the issue with my son and I service animal then this And in reality If you are trying to evict someone you give them notices or a call weeks in advance to let the tenant know that they will be getting evicted soon just for not submitting a missing a paper here at Windsor I had lost my hud spot Regardless of the situation its unethical and unprofessional I do not recommend living hereEspecially 8 months pregnant and having a child its a no for me more ... hide ...

There are shady practices going on, such as the 'disappearance' of rent payment receipts, and the mishandling of private information like social security numbers and bank statements. Although there are some issues in the community, they are nothing compared to the mistreatment that tenants experience in the office. There is an intimidation factor present, as tenants are aware that speaking out against the office could result in repercussions.
