Weve lived here for some years now and its a pretty decent place to live Its not the most updated apartment but its decent enough Weve never had a noise issue or any really troubling neighbors Everyone is fairly quiet around the neighborhood Never de Weve lived here for some years now and its a pretty decent place to live Its not the most updated apartment but its decent enough Weve never had a noise issue or any really troubling neighbors Everyone is fairly quiet around the neighborhood Never dealt with roaches but we did have a mice problem occasionally which oddly seemed to go away once COVID happenednnParking is the biggest challenge like a lot of older complexes but you manage And weve never once had any problems with the rental office theyve always worked with us on any kind of issue and they do answer the phone unless somebody is on lunch or stepped away for a minute I also like the convenient location of this place as well and how youre not too far from the stores auto shops or anything on N Frederick Ave For as long as Ive lived here I really cant complain more ... hide ...
