Its 12:00am 04309/22 and my annoying neighbor at apart A1 still does not care if the loud clamor bothers other neighbors or not. FYI my neighbor in apartment B1 has just moved out a couple of days ago because her family couldn't endure the loud noise from our neighbor at apartment A1. "I will not highly recommend this Apartment to anyone!! See my reasons below. 1, One of my neighbors are the kind that would party 7days in a week with loud music, running back and forth on the stairways, shouting and smoking weed, regardless of the Time. (Always at night when my family is attempting to sleep).I have attempted talking to the neighbor but , they ignored me and I had to involve the management on multiple occasions and nothing was done about it. It's even worse compared to the previous weeks. Somebody even suggested I write a noise complaint and I did and submitted to management. After so many sleepless nights I went again to the management just for me to realize that the complaint I submitted was thrown into the trash just a few minutes when I left the office. There was no trace of the complaint."more ...hide ...

They never fix anything that is broken and it is filled with cockroaches and mice that live in the walls, rendering them impossible to get rid of. Most of the office staff are awful, with the exception of one kind lady. There's a toad-like Oompa Loompa lookalike who drives a white jeep, and he is by far the worst of them all. He is so infuriating that it's like looking at an abandoned Christmas tree. If you ever lock yourself out of your apartment, don't expect them to help you; they won't even open the door for a minor. My 16-year-old daughter went to the office to ask them to open the gate, but they refused because she was not 18. When my 18-year-old daughter went, they still refused to open the door because she wasn't a leaseholder. My kids were stuck outside until my wife arrived home from work at 11 pm that night. These people are terrible and have no empathy or compassion for anyone. I thankfully moved out last month, so I highly recommend that you do not rent an apartment from them.more ...hide ...
