I have been trying to contact the manager since march 2020 but she is always Out of the office so nothing gets resolved I have a maintenances request unresolved for 8 months I guess changing a bulb it too hard They never respond to calls regarding mi I have been trying to contact the manager since march 2020 but she is always Out of the office so nothing gets resolved I have a maintenances request unresolved for 8 months I guess changing a bulb it too hard They never respond to calls regarding mice and roaches I was told by one of the managers that if I didnt like how things are going I should look for other rental options elsewhere They also have a whole bunch of hidden fees at the property also whats up with up with trash not being picked up for a week people literally placed trash outside of the trash and i was stuck with trash bags in my house i couldnt dump and this was through out the whole community Fun fact there is a 10 insurance fee 45 water fee You can only park 2 cars so if you have a family of 4 and everyone drives forget it Also they dont allow visitors parking hopefully that helped your rental decision more ... hide ...
