The worse part of it is the supervisor In Dietary, not only allows it, but also in some ways encourage some of the actions, its very unprofessional for a supervisor to disclose an employees personal business or circumstances to other employees, leading to gossip. Dietary is a Mess! If youre not a snitch or constantly in the office or willing to go above and beyond your job description, your hours get cut. In my opinion it is alot of favoritism, some discrimination and sneakiness that goes on in that department, im just happy Im no longer there, but best of luck to any new comers that can stick it out, because things really need to change at Hartly Hall, starting with Dietary. more ... hide ...
