I use to live there yes they need to fix a few things the insect problem is BAD but I had no problems with the tenants there everyone minds thier own business as far as I could see Ill never live there again though thats for sure

Some of the worst apartments in Salisbury Its primarily disgusting because of the nasty dirty tenants and they let their children run rampant throwing trash etc any and everywhere And they are infested with mice
