When I informed them of my address over the telephone, I was asked to provide some documentation. After waiting for the paperwork to arrive in the post, I contacted them again to check, only to be informed that they had given away my spot. To sum up, I was presented with conflicting information from two different sites of the same company (the NJ site and the Maryland druidhill site), and thus lost the opportunity to get an income based apartment. Moreover, the person that told me this had no sympathy. When I asked if they had any openings at other sites, they simply said, "No, I receive calls every day. If you had wanted an apartment you should have contacted us earlier. All I can do is add you to the waiting list again." Even though I was angry, I consented to be put back on the waitlist. I later called and left messages for a manager to contact me, but never heard back. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!!!! IF YOU ARE READING THIS, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! more ...
