Nice quiet 1 floor apartments with everything included except cable and phone Maintance and office staff are helpful and friendly Any maintenance concerns are taken care of promptly and in a timely manner Going o 2 years here and love it

Moving out after three years here the housing foundation has been wonderful Everyones always been nice and theyve been nothing but helpful when we had changes to our tenancy and questions about the lease Maintenance was always prompt and friendly any Moving out after three years here the housing foundation has been wonderful Everyones always been nice and theyve been nothing but helpful when we had changes to our tenancy and questions about the lease Maintenance was always prompt and friendly anytime we mentioned something even as small as the plastic cap on our sink knob it was fixed asap Sure every now and again you can hear someone a few units down making a little noise but never enough to actually be bothersome in my experience I highly recommend them for anyone who wants a quality affordable apartment with excellent people maintaining and managing the units more ... hide ...

Oh good Lord where do I even begin here Ill start by titling my reviewnnThe Stinky Cesspool of Misery known as Talmar WoodsnnNow that should tell you everything you need to know about this awful place in a nutshell But if you want further horrific de Oh good Lord where do I even begin here Ill start by titling my reviewnnThe Stinky Cesspool of Misery known as Talmar WoodsnnNow that should tell you everything you need to know about this awful place in a nutshell But if you want further horrific details about this nightmarish Hellhole then by all means go ahead and read my long but honest reviewnnThe absolute WORST place Ive ever lived in my whole life Bad beyond bad Ugh Talmar is nothing more than a dumpy gutter filled with low class drunks and druggies Lousy loud belligerent neighbors who get away with dealing drugs and sneaking people in to stay with them for free under wraps without the office even knowing about it If you have a problem in your apartment the careless maintenance wont even fix the situation properly Everything is rushed and thrown together cheaply and called good When its obviously not The DISGUSTING mold problem is terrible My sister has asthma so breathing problems for her and the rest of the family arose from it The mold was never taken care of properly And it kept coming back Every time we notified the maintenance about the mold they blamed US for causing it How rude and inconsiderate can you be Yet just about all the people I knew here had mold in their units too So it wasnt just us as the staff would want you to believe On top of all that we had problems with the plumbing wiring and countless other stupid thingsnnAnd there lies the next fault The majority of the tenants who reside here are VERY nosy You get looked at like a walking newspaper Especially when you first move in And these are the bunch that you want to avoid Gossipers druggies and alcoholics alike Theyre all out to start pointless BS with you for no good reason And thats not even HALF of the problems we went through during our residency at this swampy cesspool I wont even go into the rest as this review would take days to write Yes Im serious Its that bad The staff at the office are very rude and only care about money The place is an unfit dump Nothing more Trust me If you love being kept up all hours of the night by obnoxiously loud drunken neighbors this is the perfect place for you If you want to have false rumors and lies spread around the project about you alrighty Talmar is where its at If you like living next to criminals and drug dealers who lie about their income and get away with it well good Youve found the right place Or if you enjoy being blamed for unfit living conditions in the unit that you didnt cause then by all means this is the place for you However if you want to enjoy even a hint of peace and quiet or are just looking for a decent place to stay Dont even consider Talmar as an option DONT do it This place STINKS Both literally and figuratively It really does smell rancid just take a walk around some of the trashier units themselves to see what I mean It still makes me feel sick just remembering itnnIn short Talmar wrecked my life I am both ashamed and disgusted to say that I once called this place a home I will go on record saying that choosing to live here was the worst mistake of my life I will take that statement with me to my grave But on the contrary the best choice of my life was getting the heck OUT of Talmar For good Im proud to say that Im feeling free as a bird now that Im out of that living nightmare And boy does it ever feel great Talmar is the kind of place that even if you were to pay me thousands of dollars I would STILL never ever occupy again Heck I wont ever step foot on the street leading to this dump let alone even LOOK at the old rotting sign which the maintenance refuses to replace when driving by itnnPLEASE keep in mind what I wrote if youre contemplating about moving here Its definitely not worth it Not Even A Little Save your time and money on a better place Avoid this slummy rathole at all costs If there is a Hell on Earth then look no further than Talmar Woods It SUCKSnnI rest my case more ... hide ...
