It has been extremely disappointing living here. One thing you must be aware of is how noisy it is. From construction, partying college students shouting, and kids running in the hallways, there is a lot going on and the management doesn't seem to ca It has been extremely disappointing living here. One thing you must be aware of is how noisy it is. From construction, partying college students shouting, and kids running in the hallways, there is a lot going on and the management doesn't seem to care. Work begins early, at 7:30 am, and continues throughout the day - such as hammering, drilling, and shouting. Additionally, the quality of the apartments is not up to par; they were put together quickly and I always have a coat of dust and sand when I return home. The staff are not helpful and it takes them months to fix anything, as they have taken on more than they can handle. As an example, our dishwasher broke within the first few weeks and it was only fixed a few months later. We know of other tenants that have been dealing with heating problems since they moved in and it is still unresolved. Furthermore, the promise of a rooftop pool and bar? We haven't even been given access to it, and it will be available to the hotel guests, not the residents. To sum up, if you are going to pay this much for an apartment, you should search elsewhere. Try the mills in Saco or Portland. This place is not worth it and something will constantly be wrong, or you won't be able to have a peaceful morning. more ... hide ...
